Roots & Railroad Tracks: A Neighborhood Senior Shoot

This senior session holds a special place in my heart.

Photographing my stepdaughter on the street where I grew up—just blocks from my old high school—felt like coming full circle. Now that I own my childhood home, capturing her on these familiar streets and along the railroad tracks where I once walked made this moment even more meaningful. With warm, vibrant tones and just a hint of moodiness, these photos are a little piece of our shared history and a celebration of where she’s headed next. Take a look at this journey through a neighborhood that’s been a part of both our stories.
